"Never Ever, Ever!"

The Yogis describe "Samadhi" as an "infinite ocean of peace, an infinite ocean of bliss, an infinite ocean of joy" beyond the world of the five senses, which can only be perceived and merged with in deep meditation.

Kriya Yoga is path of meditation techniques and life style, which can bring about this "inner transformation". 

It is for all regardless of religious belief or lifestyle, and is "non-dogmatic" and "scientific" in its approach as it brings about step by step inner transformation.

One day back in the early 1980's, when Baba first asked me to guide others in the meditation class, I was arriving to see Baba, at Felix's seventeenth floor apartment, in Kips Bay area of New York City.

As I entered Baba's room, a respected Indian Doctor, who was a senior Yogacharya of Baba's, who was living in Canada at the time, was departing after visiting with Baba. 

I quickly took the opportunity to request that he come and guide the NYC group, thinking it would be a great opportunity for the group to get his guidance.

Once the door had closed and the doctor had left the apartment, Baba in a very "loud and strong voice" said to me:

"NEVER, EVER, EVER ! 

He is teaching sectarian, dogmatic Hinduism.  

I am teaching non-dogmatic, non-sectarian, scientific meditation techniques. 

He will spoil everything I am doing here." 

This was one of the few times I ever heard Baba raise his voice.

I will never forget it.
